The first line-up announce of Byron Bay Bluesfest 2020 is here!
For the festival’s 31st year, big names including Dave Matthews Band, Crowded House and Patti Smith And Her Band will be joining the line-up.
This will be the third Bluesfest visit for the much-loved Dave Matthews Band.
“Dave Matthews Band are one of the top grossing, most in demand bands in the world – and finally they are coming back to Bluesfest,” shared festival director Peter Noble. “This is going to be magical and unmissable.”
The festival has also secured an exclusive Australian performance from Crowded House and will see Smith return to the festival for a second time after headlining the 2017 event.
They’ll be joined by the likes of George Benson, Brandi Carlile, John Butler, Xavier Rudd, The Cat Empire, Morcheeba, John Prine, Jenny Lewis, Frank Turner, John Mayall, Buffy Sainte-Marie, The Marcus King Band, The War & Treaty and stacks more.
“I was so pleased to hear all the positive feedback from our 30th anniversary in 2019 and hope to take that to the next level in 2020,” shared Noble.
