The 25 Most Anticipated Movies of 2010

2010 is shaping up to be one hell of a year for movies: From everybody’s favourite magician, Harry Potter; to new contenders in the fantasy genre (Percy Jackson, The Last Airbender and the Sorcerer’s Apprentice); to director Martin Scorsese’s new thriller; to Tim Burton’s extremely colourful adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic novel Alice in Wonderland; to Robert Downey Jr. getting in the Iron Man suit for the second time; to a new Freddy Krueger; and, needless to say, the third instalment in the Twilight Saga. So, just to get you salivating like Pavlov’s dog, here’s our list of the 25 Most Anticipated Movies of 2010. <h4>Gorillaz</h4><br><p>- Stuart Pot, better known as 2D, lost his tonsils in a food fight at a party when an éclair was pushed into his face. </p><p>- Murdoc Niccals’ main musical influences are Black Sabbath, The Clash, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones and Australia’s AC/DC. He’s an alcoholic and a Satanist – hence the inverted cross he wears.</p><p>- Noodle arrived on the Gorillaz doorstep in a FedEx crate. The amazingly talented guitarist could not speak any English other than the word “Noodle”<i>.</i></p><p>- When he was young, Russel Hobbs was possessed by a demon and ended up in a coma that lasted for four years.</p>
