The Killers are going on a hiatus, reports Sydney Morning Herald.
Brandon Flowers, Dave Keuning, Mark Stoermer and Ronnie Vannucci will take a break from each other after their stint at Good Vibrations Festival, this February.
Guitarist, Dave Keuning said, “I'm not sure if people are aware of it, but these are probably our last shows for a while.”
“We're having a break. We just want a little bit of time off.”
The four-piece have definitely made their imprint in the music industry with timeless classics including “When You Were Young”, “Somebody Told Me” and “Human”.
[V]music listed The Killers single, “Mr. Brightside”, as number thirteen on “The 100 Best Songs of the Noughties” list. The track featured on their debut album, Hot Fuss (2004).
The Las Vegas residents are regulars Down Under. Their performance at Good Vibrations Festival will definitely be off the dial, especially since apparently it’ll be their last for a long, long time.
